Cancellation & fee policies

·No check ins or outs December 24 or December 25. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required to book between Dec 19 and Jan 1, 2027; shorter stays are subject to availability.

·All bookings require a non-refundable 3-night deposit, and full payment at or before drop off.

·Food replenishment is charged at cost plus $5.00. Please ensure you provide enough food for the duration.

·A service agreement and waiver are required to book. Your cat must be in good overall health and you are responsible for any veterinary care if required.
