Theme rooms include climbing structures, enrichment items, window for natural daylight, TV access, tablet games, bedding, and Winnipeg's first 24/7 live kitty hotel cam for your entertainment. Condo guests do not have webcam access.

Cancellation and Fee Policies
* No check ins or outs on December 24, 25, 26 or January 1. A minimum stay of 10 nights is required to book between December 14-January 1 2027, shorter stays subject to availability.
* Bookings 5 nights or less require pre-payment in full. Longer bookings require 3 night deposit and full payment at or before drop off.
* 2 weeks notice requirement for cancellation or you forfeit prepayment/deposit. Over 2 weeks notice, you receive a full refund. We decline other paws from staying during your booking, notice is appreciated.
* Food replenishment will be charged at cost + $5.00. Please ensure you provide enough food for the duration.
* Service agreement and waiver required at time of booking. Your cat must be in good overall health and you are responsible for any veterinary care if required.
